Churubusco Elementary School all day kindergarten registration will take place Thursday, March 1 from 3:30-6 p.m. Children must be five years old before August 1.

Registration will be held in the school cafeteria. Parents of new kindergartners are welcome to come at any time during this period. Attendance by the new kindergartner is encouraged as the local Lion’s Club will be screening hearing for free.

To register, bring the following items:

* Child’s birth certificate.

* Proof of residency (ex. copy of current utility bill).

* Immunization record.

* Any legal or custody papers pertaining to their child.

* Parents will also need to attend K-5 Registration Day in August.

Early Entrance Request

If you are considering your child for early entrance, your attendance is not necessary. Please call the elementary office at 693-2188 to set up a screening appointment.

If you know of a family that has a kindergarten age child and does not have other children in school, please let them know about the registration date.
