Last weekend Churubusco FFA competed in the annual District III FFA Basketball Tournament held at West Noble H.S. Fifteen FFA teams participated in the tournament. The double elimination tourney resulted in Busco playing in the final round for the championship, which they won in 2011. A tough Lakeland FFA team proved to be a little too much for Busco this year as they were crowned runner-up. Team members are left to right: Seth Carter, Damon Weatherholt, Brooke Carter, Austin Johnson, Braydon Shively, Colton Geiger, Christian Stoner, Cody Conwell, Kane Johnson, Jesse Green, Parker Conrad, Landon Pearson and Head Coach Charlie Huelsenbeck.
