WCARC W5YI test results

The Whitley County Amateur Radio Club W5YI Team held their quarterly test session on Saturday, January 28.

The W5YI Team members present were Debra Smith / N9NNU, Jim Smith / N9FGN, Sara Wagar / K9ITC, Betty Hopson / KC9HYW, Greg Watson / KA9DTZ, and Roger McEntarfer / N9QCL.

Six people showed up for the January test session and two out of two left smiling with an upgrade to an existing license.

Only those signing the waiver allowing us to print their results will be listed.

Upgrading hams are as follows: Matt J. Simerman / KC9VAP – General Class – Fort Wayne, IN; and Katherine I. Triplett / KC9VDE – General Class – Uniondale, IN.

The next W5YI Test session will be held on Saturday, April 28 from 9-11 a.m.
