Collin was born on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 7:11 a.m. in Fort Wayne. He weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Ralph and Cathy Oberholtzer, Churubusco and Wally and Trish Gratz of Huntertown.
Collin was welcomed home by his big sister, Chloe.
